Price Information - Good to Know
The prices are per HOLIDAY APARTMENT per night
- Including VAT, excluding local tourist tax (€ 1.50 per person | night | from the age of 15)
- Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi
- Including bed linen and towels
- Fully equipped kitchen (cooker with for hotplates and oven, coffee machine, kettle, tea towels, washing-up liquid, etc.)
- Own parking space directly in front of the building
- Ski cellar and storage for ski and hiking boots
Final cleaning (one-off)
- € 65.- in Apartments 2, 3 and 5
- € 69.- in Apartment 1
Minimum stay and arrival/departure
- Winter high season: 7 nights minimum stay - arrival and departure Saturday
- Winter shoulder and low season: 4 nights minimum stay
- Summer: 4 nights minimum stay
Holiday apartments and room
- Holiday Apartment 1: 50 m² up to 4 people
- Holiday Apartment 2: 40 m² up to 4 people
- Holiday Apartment 3: 40 m² up to 4 people
- Holiday Apartment 5: 35 m² up to 3 people
- Single Room: € 35.00 | night with shower, WC and balcony (room only)
- Single Room: 17 m² in combination with the apartment: € 25.00 per person | night

Deposit and payment
Our written booking confirmation is only valid after receipt of your deposit of 30% of the booking amount.
Payment
We ask you to settle your bill in cash on the day of your arrival at the latest, or by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival.
Please note our cancellation conditions
The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
In general, reservation cancellations are only accepted in writing.
- up to 1 month before the arrival day: 40% of the total accommodation cost,
- up to 1 week before your arrival day: 70% of the total accommodation cost,
- within in the last week before the arrival day: 90% of the total accommodation cost.
